FAQ EDUVOKASI

Eduvokasi is an institution that provides human and organizational capacity-building services through high-quality learning. Eduvokasi serves as a strategic solution to bridge the gap between academia and industry’s real demands, with the aim of developing competent human resources who meet the needs of the industrial workforce.

Eduvokasi’s main advantage lies in its learning program design, which is centered on company needs and learner-oriented to ensure effective learning outcomes. Unlike conventional training that emphasizes theory, we focus the entire learning process on mastering practical skills and professional work behavior that align with operational standards in the field.

We ensure high learning quality through rigorous evaluation mechanisms and comprehensive work simulations. Each participant receives intensive guidance from experienced practitioner-mentors and must pass a competency assessment aligned with our partner companies’ needs. As a result, trainees gain not only knowledge, but also the mental readiness and technical capability needed to improve their work performance.

As Edumaritim, we have extensive experience in providing training, certification, and job placement programs in the maritime industry. Now, as Eduvokasi, we also serve a broader range of sectors, such as:

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Business Management
  • Digital Technology
  • Tourism
  • Renewable Energy
  • Manufacturing and Automation
  • Circular Economy

Not always. Training is necessary when the issue lies in employee competency or work behavior. However, at Eduvokasi, we believe there is always room for growth. That is why we begin with a needs assessment to ensure that training is the right solution, establish the appropriate measurement tools, and provide programs along with follow-up support so the impact of the training can be measured and truly felt. If you are still unsure, you can consult with us first.

Yes, we do. We tailor the content and activities in our training programs to align with your company’s culture and goals. This ensures that the learning experience remains relevant, engaging, and interactive.

We can help your company identify the most suitable program. We begin with a brief needs analysis to understand your business goals, current challenges, and the competencies or work behaviors that need strengthening within your organization. This process may include stakeholder interviews, surveys, and/or a review of existing performance indicators. Based on the findings, we will recommend the most appropriate solution, whether that is a training program or a non-training intervention if the root cause lies more in processes, systems, or policies.

We always prioritize each client’s needs in every program we deliver, with a strong focus on accessibility and customization. Therefore, the cost of each program is tailored to the specific training design, required duration, and number of batches.

We provide a concise report on the training outcomes and recommendations for the company’s HR team or leaders after each program is completed. After the training, participants may also develop an action plan, and we provide reinforcement materials as well as follow-up or check-in sessions to help ensure sustained implementation.

Yes. Eduvokasi can issue certificates for participants who have completed the training program. If needed, we can also include the participants’ test scores on the certificates we provide.

Program duration is tailored to the client’s needs. It may take the form of a 60–90 minute session, a half-day program, a full-day workshop, or a phased program consisting of 2–6 sessions, complete with practice and follow-up. The goal is to ensure that participants fully understand the learning content and can apply it in their careers.

We offer onsite and online training, including hybrid formats, depending on your needs.

If the root cause lies in processes or systems, we do not recommend training as the primary solution. Training will be less effective if workflows are still unclear, tools are not yet supportive, or KPIs are not aligned. In such cases, we would first take a consulting approach to address the underlying issues. After that, training can be conducted to help the company adopt the new system effectively.

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Partnership Program is one of Eduvokasi’s flagship programs. Through this program, we support companies that wish to develop CSR or TJSL initiatives but require assistance at certain stages of implementation or have limited experience in managing such programs.

Eduvokasi has extensive experience in assisting companies in developing CSR or TJSL programs from the ground up. We offer end-to-end support, starting from designing programs that align with the company’s objectives, selecting the right locations, and conducting social mapping, to implementing the program itself. We can also support companies with reporting, monitoring, evaluation, and Social Return on Investment (SROI) studies to measure the impact of TJSL programs in a given area.

Of course. Our programs are designed to be inclusive and support individuals who want to make a career transition or enhance their skills through upskilling. With modules systematically structured from basic to advanced levels, we will guide you step by step until you meet the professional competency standards required by the industry.
